PROJECT OVERVIEW

Bloom Homes was developed as a residential renovation and development company centered on thoughtful transformation rather than traditional house flipping. This project focused on establishing a strategic foundation for the business, positioning the brand as a design-driven alternative to traditional house flipping by emphasizing intentional design, transparency, and human-centered living.


As Brand Strategist and Creative Director for the project, I led the development of the brand’s strategic and marketing foundation. My role included conducting market and competitor analysis, defining the brand positioning and messaging framework, and building the digital and content infrastructure that would support the business. I designed the website architecture and user journeys, developed the content and social strategy, and translated the overall strategy into a cohesive brand ecosystem that could communicate clearly with both investors and potential homebuyers.


Through this work, Bloom Homes emerged with a complete strategic framework to guide its growth and communication. The final project produced a full brand strategy, digital experience strategy, and content marketing system designed to support investor outreach, establish credibility, and document the transformation process behind each home the company develops.
