PROJECT OVERVIEW

Bloom Homes is a residential real estate development company located in Austin, Texas, serving communities across the state. This project focused on establishing a strategic foundation and positioning the brand as a design-driven alternative to traditional, quick house flipping by emphasizing intentional design, transparency, and human-centered living.


As Brand Strategist and Creative Director for the project, I led the development of the brand’s strategic marketing foundation. The project began with discovery, including market and competitor analysis, audience research, and creative moodboarding to define a distinct position and brand ethos that distinguished Bloom Homes from other competitors. The strategic foundations led to the development of the brand's visual system, ideology, copy, digital strategy, website experience, and content and social strategy. The overall strategy translated into a cohesive brand and marketing ecosystem that communicated clearly to both investors and potential homebuyers.


Through this work, Bloom Homes emerged with a complete strategic framework to guide its growth and communication. The final project launched Bloom Homes into the competitive landscape. Beyond the initial build, I remained embedded with the team over the following year to guide strategy, build partnerships with realtors and collaborators, and lead ongoing content execution to strengthen market positioning. During this period, the brand secured investment to support 14+ development projects and established the operational and marketing foundation necessary to scale into its next phase of growth.
