PROJECT OVERVIEW

SAUCEMRKT was developed as a culture-first brand and a cross-functional production company designed to operate at the intersection of culture, media, and strategic storytelling. The goal was to build a company that could move fluidly between strategy, creative direction, and production to offer a more integrated and culturally attuned alternative to traditional agencies.


As Co-Founder and Director of Marketing and Strategy, I led the development of the company’s brand and marketing infrastructure from inception. This included defining the brand’s positioning, voice, and ideological foundation, alongside the design of its visual identity system and broader visual ecosystem. The work extended into building structured marketing systems and content direction, ensuring that the brand could communicate consistently while remaining adaptable across projects and mediums. I also designed and developed the website, translating the strategic foundation into a digital experience that clearly articulated both the work and the thinking behind it.


Through this process, SAUCEMRKT evolved into a structured creative platform capable of supporting culturally driven storytelling, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the production of distinctive visual campaigns. The brand was built not just as a service provider, but as a system designed to scale through partnerships, creative direction, and narrative-led execution.


Following my departure, the project continued in a different direction and capacity.
