I led the website strategy, information architecture, visual design, and development. The site was structured around the questions prospective clients needed answered: what the firm believes, which organizational problems it addresses, how its workshops and consulting programs work, and how ongoing therapist support extends the engagement. The design balanced professional credibility with warmth and accessibility, reinforcing the firm’s position that workplace culture can be changed through intentional mental health strategy.
